Many children have a default for solving problems, which involves asking a parent or teacher to solve it for them. This app was designed to help children brainstorm at least 3 ways they can solve each problem rather than relying on an adult to solve it for them.

Using “Solve it” will develop your child’s ability to solve problems with more independence.

Here are some of the many preloaded common problems available in the full version of “solve it:”

This app was developed to assist children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Williams Syndrome to practice solving everyday problems. Children with Autism, Williams Syndrome and other developmental disabilities often require additional repetition and the use of a structured approach when dealing with problems they face.

“Solve it” uses a set of structured questions to help children decide on the best solution for each problem. The child is rewarded with a puzzle activity once they have solved each problem.

The full version of the “Solve it” app features:
- Customisability: Enter your own problem via photo, audio or text
- 14 common pre-loaded problems
